Acarix raises 33,4 million SEK in directed issue

Today, Acarix announced the successful completion of a financing round raising 33.4 million SEK before costs. Both existing major shareholders and new long-term investors participated, and the subscription price was set at 0.285 SEK corresponding to a modest discount of 7.9% compared to Friday's closing price.
