Acarix secures TO3 subscription

LSIF is pleased to announce, that in addition to being the largest subscriber in the current TO3 financing round, we further support Acarix by participating as a guarantor in the consortium set up to ensure a 100% subscription of the TO3 warrants. We believe that Acarix, with the certainty of full utilization of TO3, will be financially secured in a period where it is important that the management can focus on gearing the organization to ramp up sales.
