LSIF to further invest in Acarix

Although we find the revenue in the Q2 report to be below our expectations, we also see many positive developments initiated by the current CEO Aamir Mahmood, and we remain absolutely confident in the vast potential of the CADScor system. We have thus decided to once more support Acarix by subscribing on our 16,7 mio. TO3 warrants investing between 4,2 mio SEK and 8,4 mio. SEK depending on the final exercise price. On top of this, entities closely affiliated to us will invest between 2 and 4 mio SEK.
