LSIF to further support SciBase

In the ongoing rights issue in SciBase, it has previously been announced, that LSIF due to its already relatively large engagement might not participate fully this time.

After having had the opportunity yesterday to visit SciBase production facility in Uppsala in order to determine the robustness of the production and ability to scale combined with updated internal research at LSIF regarding SciBase outlook for 2026, we have now decided to subscribe in full on our shares which together with conversion of our TO2's will lead to an increase in our ownership in SciBase.

In this rights issue, LSIF will invest approximately 4,2 million SEK underlining our commitment to contuniously support our portfolio companies as long as we believe them to be on track. We are looking forward to what we believe will be an exiting 2026 for SciBase.
