LSIF to invest in NOSA Plugs AB

NOSA Plugs AB announced yesterday the acquisition of Pharmacure Health Care International AB for 27,2 MSEK. To finance this, the company also announced a directed share issue aimed towards institutional and family office investors.
Life Science Invest Fund (LSIF) was invited and took part in this transaction.
In connection with this transaction, NOSA has announced updated and ambitious financial goals including achieving a positive EDITDA in Q4 2025 and a 15% EBITDA margin in 2026 along with substantial top-line growth.
