SciBase secures 96,4% subscription rate in rights issue

Yesterday, SciBase announced the outcome of the rights issue.
At LSIF, we are pleased to see the very high subscription rate indicating that not only we have high expectations for SciBase in 2026.
The amount raised is 76,5 million SEK net which will allow SciBase to execute on an ambitious business plan, and together with the fact, that also 83,9% of the TO2's has chosen to convert into shares, SciBase in our view now has a solid and sound capital structure which we anticipate will be beneficial for the valuation when SciBase hopefully delivers a positive news flow in 2026.
